1. Choose a word with one of the final blends (ld, lt, mp). Say the word and hear the sounds. Make new words that rhyme with the final sound. For instance, if you choose told, rhyming words would include bold, cold, fold, gold, hold. Just substitute the first letter with other letters of the alphabet to make new words.
